Sarah began her travel career in reservations at a boutique hotel in Africa, where she quickly fell in love with the rhythm of hospitality. From there, she moved into luxury hotel sales and marketing in the UK, working with some of the most iconic brands in the industry. It was during this time that she saw, firsthand, what the best travel agencies were doing right, and where there was space to do it even better.

 

 

In 2020, she founded Sarah Ives Luxury Travel Concierge with one goal: to bring together the best in the business and craft bespoke travel experiences that felt personal, purposeful, and entirely elevated.

With deep industry roots, Sarah is as connected as they come, from GMs to chefs, concierges to sales directors, her little black book is the kind that unlocks doors (and poolside tables) around the world. She's constantly seeking out fresh, exciting approaches to travel planning, combining intuition, detail, and what she calls a touch of alchemy.

A perfectionist at heart and an avid traveller herself, Sarah has an uncanny way of understanding what her clients need, often before they know it themselves. She loves curating unforgettable moments for multi-generational families, milestone celebrations, and travellers looking for something off-radar and completely original.
