As summer comes to an end, we thought it was the perfect time to look back at some of our favourite hotels from Summer 2026.
These are the places our clients have come back raving about, the hotels we’ve loved sending them to and the ones we know we’ll be recommending time and time again. From European favourites to a few unexpected gems further afield, these are the hotels that really stood out this summer.

Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco, Tuscany
Set in the heart of Tuscany, this is everything you want from the region: beautiful views, incredible food and wine, gorgeous villas, a brilliant pool and that wonderfully slow pace of life. It feels luxurious without ever trying too hard and is the perfect place to switch off, settle in and really enjoy Tuscany.

Hotel La Palma, Capri
Capri at its most glamorous. Just moments from the Piazzetta, expect beautiful Francis Sultana interiors, a chic pool scene, fabulous food and drinks, and days spent at the hotel’s beach club, Da Gioia. Stylish, buzzy and effortlessly Capri, it’s the perfect base for long lunches, late nights and soaking up the island at its best.

Clayoquot Wilderness Lodge, Canada
One of those stays that feels genuinely special. Set deep in the wilds of Vancouver Island, Clayoquot combines serious luxury with proper adventure, from hiking and wildlife spotting to kayaking and incredible days out in nature. Remote, beautiful and completely immersive, it’s the place to come when you really want to switch off without giving up the good stuff.

Borgo Santandrea, Amalfi Coast
One of our favourite ways to do the Amalfi Coast. Perched above the sea with gorgeous views, beautiful interiors, brilliant food and its own private beach club, it feels glamorous but still wonderfully relaxed. It’s the kind of place you book for a few nights and immediately wish you were staying longer.

Sani Asterias, Halkidiki
Always a winner for family stays in Greece. You get all the ease and energy of Sani Resort, but with a much more intimate and polished feel, plus beautiful suites, a private beach and brilliant service. Perfect for families who want everything on their doorstep without sacrificing that sense of luxury.

Montage Big Sky, Montana
A brilliant summer option for families who want big scenery, plenty to do and a proper sense of escape. Montage Big Sky has that cosy mountain feel, but with polished, modern interiors, spacious rooms and residences, lovely restaurants and a brilliant spa. Days can be filled with hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, fly fishing and trips to Yellowstone, or simply slowing down and taking in the surroundings. It’s one of those places that works just as well for active families as it does for anyone wanting to properly switch off.

Airelles Pan Dei Palais, Saint-Tropez
Always our pick for doing Saint-Tropez with a little more charm and intimacy. Tucked just moments from the Place des Lices, it feels like a private hideaway, with gorgeous gardens, a beautiful pool and all the polished Airelles service you’d expect. Romantic, glamorous and wonderfully discreet, while still keeping you right in the middle of the action. And, of course, it comes with all those Airelles touches we love.

Abi d’Oru, Sardinia
A gorgeous Sardinian stay for anyone who wants beautiful beaches without losing that polished, easy luxury feel. Set on the Costa Smeralda, it has a relaxed beachfront setting, lovely sea views and that effortless Mediterranean rhythm of long lunches, swims and slow evenings. Warm, chic and wonderfully unfussy, it works brilliantly for both families and couples.

Santorini with a little more space, privacy and calm. Set above Ammoudi Bay, Canaves Epitome has beautiful suites and villas, incredible sunset views, gorgeous pools and a relaxed, polished feel. It’s perfect for couples or families who want the beauty of Santorini, but with a little more room to breathe.

Marbella Club, Marbella
If you’re looking for classic Marbella, it’s hard to beat Marbella Club. Set on the Golden Mile, it has that wonderful old-school glamour, beautiful gardens and direct access to the beach. With its pools, iconic Beach Club, Thalasso Spa and fantastic Kids Club, it works brilliantly for families while still feeling effortlessly elegant and wonderfully relaxed.

These are for the people who have done it all and are looking for something a bit different. Something luxurious, a little unexpected and, most importantly, really special. These are the kind of trips that you don’t do every year, but when you do, you know you’ll remember them forever. Here are a few we’ve absolutely loved this summer...
The Belmond Boats
For something a little different, The Belmond Boats are such a special way to see France. Think your own private luxury barge, slowly cruising through some of the country’s most beautiful regions, with your own crew, private chef and itinerary.
There are seven boats to choose from, each with its own personality and size. You can cruise through Provence, Burgundy, Champagne or Bordeaux, stopping along the way for private visits, wine tastings, incredible meals and exploring beautiful little villages and châteaux.
And honestly, it’s the pace of it that makes it so special. There’s nowhere you need to rush off to and no packing and unpacking every few days, just incredible food, beautiful scenery and plenty of time to sit back and enjoy it all. Slow travel at its absolute best.

La Dolce Vita Orient Express
The Orient Express La Dolce Vita is definitely one for the bucket list. It’s a really different way to see Italy, combining the glamour of the classic Orient Express with some of the country’s most beautiful scenery.
The journey takes you from Rome to Venice, with beautifully designed carriages, Italian food and wine, cocktails and live music on board. You can spend the day enjoying the scenery, stopping along the way and making the most of the experience on board. The train is a big part of the experience, and it is a really special way to travel through Italy.
“The whole experience was just incredible. The train itself is so beautiful and the food and service were amazing. Thank you so much for organising this for us , we probably would never have thought to do it ourselves, but it ended up being one of the best decisions. We absolutely loved it and will never forget it!”
The Four Seasons Yachts
The Four Seasons Yacht is another one for those looking for something completely different. It combines everything you love about a Four Seasons - exceptional service, beautiful design, incredible food and that effortless feeling that everything is taken care of, with the freedom of being at sea.
The yacht feels much more intimate than a traditional cruise, with spacious suites, private terraces, beautiful dining spaces and plenty of room to relax. It sails through some of the world’s most beautiful destinations, with days spent exploring somewhere new before coming back on board for dinner, drinks and watching the sunset from the yacht.
It’s luxury cruising, but completely different from the usual cruise experience, and one we think is very special.
